The rooms are elegant and also fashionable. The location of the hotel is stunning, adjacent to Hepburn Springs, cafes and convenience store, and the restuarant. In fact, it's within a close distance from Picnic Point Reserve, one of the tourist spots.

This place is a comfortable and attractive hotel with exceptionally nice staff, heated rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, and perfect views.

Our room was beautifully designed and new-fashioned and it came with an equally spacious veranda and the balcony, as example.

The location of this place is fantastic and one-of-a-kind, nestled in a beautiful garden where I enjoyed brunch at the nearby Bar Cantina.

Great hotel In Hepburn, 1 bedroom spa villa was great. Restaurant was excellent and the staff friendly and efficient. I would most definitely recommend it! We had a great weekend and will be back

The spa was expensive for the retreat spa $70 for 60 mins of steam room and jacuzzi. No foxtel

Friendly staff. Room good and loved the balcony and listening to the dawn chorus. Spar bath was great too.

This place offers an amazing breakfast with delicious barista-made coffee, plus a second cup if you want! the staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. 😊.

Bathrooms need some work and let down the rooms.

I had luxurious classic room with a balcony and bathroom and a massive free standing spa bath. Location: the hotel was right by library and other tourist attractions. The excellent service and the attention to detail!

The location here is fantastic, just a short walk from the Entrance Heritage Walk. the staff are really friendly and always have a smile on their faces. 😄.

The restaurant here offers an awesome, straightforward menu with healthy dishes.

I absolutely adored the elegant and cozy decoration of the hotel. The beautiful art deco touches and stylish interiors created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel's general areas were always impeccably maintained, and I especially enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and relaxing on the comfortable sofas. The gardens were simply delightful and perfect for enjoying a stroll. What impressed me the most was how accessible the hotel was for senior people like myself. There were no stairs to climb, and the staff made sure that all areas were easy to navigate. It was a true haven for relaxation and comfort.

If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and mindful of our needs. A little extra patience and assistance would go a long way in making us feel truly taken care of.
